Burn those calories and tone your muscles with our Latin Cardio Dance Classes. In this class we do basic steps and small variations solo, without a partner of following Latin dances: Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive (which can also be danced with a partner outside the class).
It's a dance/exercise class, suitable for anybody who likes to be fit and loves Latin dancing, but hasn't got a dance partner, who is looking for a fitness class in a friendly environment and meet other alike or/and likes to learn some Latin dances for the next night out on town. If just the beat and rhythm of great Latin music doesn’t already have you feeling a whole lot better about your day, moving your body along to the music will have you in higher spirits in no time. No partner needed! We do all 5 Latin dances in every session!!! You can wear trainers or dance shoes and comfortable, loose clothes. All levels, including beginners are welcome to join. First class is free and thereafter one class for $15 or a card for 4 classes $40 only (valid for 3 months and no binding membership fee).
