Getting fit doesn't have to be boring!
Burn those calories and tone your muscles with our Latin Cardio Dance Classes. In this class we do basic steps and small variations solo, without a partner of following Latin dances: Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive (which can also be danced with a partner outside the class).
It's a dance/exercise class, suitable for anybody who likes to be fit and loves Latin dancing, but hasn't got a dance partner, who is looking for a fitness class in a friendly environment and meet other alike or/and likes to learn some Latin dances for the next night out on town. We do all 5 Latin dances in every session!!! You can wear trainers or dance shoes and comfortable, loose clothes. All levels, including beginners are welcome to join.
