The answer to this depends in general on what you are looking for. If you are just looking at learning the basics of one dance, one lesson should be fine. However, most couples like their individual choreography to their chosen song and for a very simple routine you will probably need 3 lessons and a more spectacular one around 5 lessons. Easiest dance styles are Waltz, Foxtrot/Slow Rhythm and Salsa.
